After downloading, you will get a zip file, double-click on it to unzip the plugin folder. In this folder you will find the "Installer" app, double-click to install the plugin.

Drag an effect to your clip and change the different parameters to get the perfect result. With the Manual Chroma effect you can edit the position, scale, rotation, blur amount... of the 3 channels.
